What would a letter n followed by both hands palms facing inwards in front of the face moving outwards mean? Any ideas or is it one the child has made up herself?!! Thanks everyone!

Sorry, we're a bit stumped. What's the context? Could it be a name sign?

Mike, Are there any plans for a tutor training course in Rochester in the next few months? I was hoping to join the last one in January but due to family commitments couldn't. Thanks! Jo

Jo: We have had a request from someone who wants to transfer from our otherwise full April course to the one at Sunfield in Worcestershire. The course is 21 - 25 April. The next Rochester course will be 15-19 September. If you're interested in either of these please send an email to sbissett@signalong.org.uk and Sarah will send you an application form.
Harmaniza: Welcome to Signalong, and we're glad that you find it helpful. Table Mat: Sign "table", followed by working "M" hand (palm down, pointing forward), moves forward then out (for a rectangular mat) or circles out once (for a circular mat). It's in "At The Table". Good signing!

Hello
Just wondering what signs you recommend for odd and even numbers.
Thanks.
Louise

Hi Louise, If you're looking for the general concepts: Even: Index Hands, palms back/down, pointing forward/down) held apart. Working hand moves out a short way. Odd: Index Hands, palms back/down, pointing forward/down) held apart. Working hand moves out a short way, turning to palm up pointing forward. these are in "Numeracy Vocabulary" produced for Warren Wood Primary School, now available from Signalong (I'll put it on the webshop later today) Mike
